It's Brewer Season!

Photo: Steve Houlihan ...  My first look that morning..

Last week Friday, like most of us, were watching out our windows at such a nice day as temperatures reached in the mid 30's.  One of the most exciting things in the news was news from Miller Park.  The Winter tarps were being pulled off which is yet another sign that Spring is coming.  The field unveiling itself inside the Miller Park dome creates this Buzz that the season is coming soon.

What I have done the last few years is to help out the superintendent at Miller Park by volunteering helping his team pull the covers off the field.  What's great about our golf industry and those that work in it is that we are always willing to help each other out.  For me, it's great to connect with another side of the business as Sports Turf is.  Maintaining relationships and networking is something we all should do.  Plus, you get a little treat and the rush of being on the field is pretty cool as the baseball season will be here in less than a month and we all can't wait to see how the Brewers season goes this year!  Take a look at some neat photos from the day.
